ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) páckáge wide egg noodles
- 1 pound leán ground beef
- 1/8 tsp ground bláck pepper
- 1/2 tsp gárlic sált
- 1 (8-oz) cán tomáto sáuce
- 1 cup cottáge cheese
- 1 cup sour creám
- 1 cup shredded shárp cheddár cheese
instructions:
- Preheát oven to 350ºF.
- Cook noodles áccording to páckáge directions. Dráin ánd set áside.
- Brown meát; dráin off fát ánd return to skillet. ádd pepper, gárlic sált ánd tomáto sáuce. Stir ánd simmer for 5 minutes.
