Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies


These mint chocoláte chip cookies áre á St. Pátrick's Dáy spin on á tráditionál cookie. They áre chunky ánd soft ánd máde with peppermint ánd chunks of chocoláte. INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tbsp Butter Sálted is fine
  • 1 1/3  cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugár
  • 2 tbsp Sugár
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Báking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sált
  • 1/2 tsp Vánillá
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint Extráct
  • 12 drops Green Food Coloring
  • 1/2 cup Chocoláte Chips or Chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heát oven to 375 degrees. Line á báking sheet with párchment páper. Creám the butter ánd sugár until the butter turns á lighter color, ábout 3-5 minutes.
  2. Mix the egg into the butter ánd sugár ánd blend.
  3. ádd the vánillá ánd mint extrácts.
