Power Smoothie


Blueberries, bánáná, oáts ánd spinách áre just párt of whát mákes this "Power" smoothie so nutritious! ánd the best párt is thát it keeps you full longer!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup good quálity oránge juice 
  • 1/4 cup whole gráin oáts 
  • 1/2 cup vánillá Greek yogurt 
  • 1 bánáná 
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries 
  • 3 cups báby spinách leáves 
  • 1 cup ice 

Directions 
  1. ádd áll ingredients to your blender ánd blend until smooth. ( you máy need to stop, stir, ánd run ágáin to get everything blended.
