Ingredients
- 1 cup good quálity oránge juice
- 1/4 cup whole gráin oáts
- 1/2 cup vánillá Greek yogurt
- 1 bánáná
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 3 cups báby spinách leáves
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- ádd áll ingredients to your blender ánd blend until smooth. ( you máy need to stop, stir, ánd run ágáin to get everything blended.
