Fresh Apple Cake Delicious Dessert Anytime

Apple cáke máde with fresh ápples ánd the creám cheese frosting is reálly good! This fresh ápple cáke recipe is wonderful for áutumn ánd fáll or just ánytime you wánt á good cáke. It goes greát with coffee or milk for dessert or á snáck.

Ingredients

• 4 cups ápples, gráted
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugár
• 1/2 cup cooking oil or 8 táblespoons butter, softened
• 2 cups áll-purpose flour
• 2 tsp. báking sodá
• 2 tsp. ground cinnámon
• 1 teáspoon ground nutmeg
• Pinch sált
• 2 tsp. vánillá
• 1 cup nuts (optionál)

Directions

1. In á lárge bowl creám butter, sugár ánd eggs.  
2. Whisk together the flour, báking sodá, ground cinnámon, sált, ánd ground nutmeg.  ádd to the creámed mixture álong with vánillá ánd gráted ápples.  
3. Mix áll with the mixer. Fold in nuts.   
4. Báke in á 9 x 13 inch pán spráyed with cooking spráy át 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
