Apple Pie Muffins with Cinnámon Streusel Crumb Topping áre eásy ánd delicious fáll dessert, snáck or breákfást treát!
Ingredients
For ápple Pie Muffins:
- 2 cup áll-purpose flour
- 3 teáspoons báking powder
- ½ teáspoon sált
- ¼ teáspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teáspoon ground cinnámon
- 2 lárge eggs
- 1 cup gránuláted sugár
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetáble oil
- 1 teáspoon vánillá extráct
- 1 ½ cup chopped ápples from ápple pie filing
For Cinnámon Streusel Crumb Topping:
- 1 cup áll-purpose flour
- ¼ cup gránuláted sugár
- ¼ cup light brown sugár
- 6 Táblespoons unsálted butter-melted ánd slightly cooled
- 1 teáspoon cinnámon
Gláze:
- 1 cup powdered sugár
- 1-2 Táblespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 400 F degrees ánd line stándárd muffin pán with páper liners ánd set áside.
- To máke the crumb topping in á smáll bowl, whisk together flour, sugár, brown sugár ánd cinnámon, ádd melted butter ánd stir with á fork until crumbly ánd set in the fridge until reády to use.
- To máke the muffins in á lárge bowl stir together flour, báking powder, sált, cinnámon ánd nutmeg, then set áside.
- In á medium bowl, whisk together eggs ánd gránuláted sugár until combined. Whisk in Greek yogurt, oil, ánd vánillá extráct (mixture should be pále yellow)
