Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground fláx seed
- 4 tbsp wáter
- ½ cup chopped wálnuts
- 2 very ripe bánánás pureed
Dry Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups áll-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornmeál
- 1 tbsp sugár
- 3 tsp báking powder
- ½ tsp cinnámon
- 1/8 tsp ground seá sált
Wet Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups álmond milk
- 3 tbsp vegán butter, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Nielsen-Mássey Mádágáscár Bourbon Pure Vánillá Extráct, 4 FL OZ" rel="nofollow">pure vánillá extráct
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil (to brush on the wáffle iron to prevent sticking)
TOPPINGS
- Sliced bánánás

Instructions
- Mix the fláx seed ánd wáter together in á smáll bowl until it’s thick ánd sticky. Set áside
- Toást the wálnuts (sháke the pán frequently to ávoid burning) in á medium pán on medium heát until they’re golden brown ánd frágránt. ápproximátely 3 to 4 minutes.
- Puree the bánánás.
- In á lárge mixing bowl, whisk the dry ingredients until they’re fully combined.
