- 400g cáuliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup Thái red curry páste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 táblespoons chopped fresh coriánder, plus extrá sprigs to serve
- 1 cup pláin flour
- 1 egg, lightly beáten
- 3/4 cup pánko breádcrumbs
- Vegetáble oil, for shállow-frying
- Lime wedges, to serve
