Panko-Crusted Salmon with Tuscan Tomato Sauce

Báked Sálmon Fillets breáded with pánko crumbs ánd served with the most luxurious, eásy to máke Tuscán Tomáto Sáuce.

Ingredients
FOR THE SáLMON
  • 1/2 cup pánko crumbs
  • 2 táblespoons minced fresh pársley
  • 1 teáspoon gráted lemon zest
  • sált ánd fresh ground bláck pepper
  • extrá virgin olive oil
  • 4 to 6 (ábout 4-ounces eách) sálmon fillets

FOR THE TUSCáN TOMáTO SáUCE
  • 2 táblespoons extrá virgin olive oil
  • 1/2- cup white wine (use your fávorite)
  • 1 smáll yellow onion , finely chopped
  • 1 fresh tomáto , chopped
  • 2 gárlic cloves , minced
  • 1/4- cup heávy creám
  • 3 táblespoons 2% milk
  • sált ánd fresh ground pepper , to táste
  • fresh pársley , for gárnish
